RETURNS

Stonemen take pride in their product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase Stonemen would love to hear about it, as they are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible. Stonemen will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you, provided you notify them within one week of receiving it. Stonemen will cover the costs of the return.

Please send Stonemen an email prior to returning your purchase so that we can ensure a speedy reimbursement, once we have received it. Emails can be sent to orders@stonemen.com mentioning your order number and a brief description of the fault.

EXCHANGES

Due to the fact that Stonemen products make fantastic gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut or simply change your mind.  Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers expense.

For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of Stonemen. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Just send an email to orders@stonemen.com with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. All exchanges must be sent back to Stonemen at the customers expense.  Please include your own prepaid self-addressed bag/envelope for Stonemen to send back the desired exchange and include a note inside your return explaining what you would like to exchange for.  Assuming it is still in stock, they will send pack your parcel in your self-addressed bag/envelope, and Stonemen will contact you once they have received it.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Please note significant delays may occur on international shipping due to the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you for your patience and support in these uncertain times.

Stonemen uses Auspost trackable eParcel for Australian orders and Auspost Trackable Airmail and Express courier (EMS) for international orders and USPS for U.S orders.

Deliveries in Australia generally take 2 to 7 business days with regular e-parcel and 2-3 days for express, US orders 5 - 10 days and international 3 to 21 business days. When you place an order, you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment card has been debited. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking information. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates. 

DUTIES & TAXES

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Stonemen have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
