    Damaged Items

    In the unlikely event that your print is damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free replacement. To initiate a damage claim, email us with the following details:

    1. A clear photo of the damage to your artwork and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This helps us assess the damage and approve your request.
    2. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    To process your claim, you must keep all original packaging and the print itself. Our goal is to resolve any issue swiftly and to your complete satisfaction. Damaged goods will be replaced at no extra cost.

    Important: If your package arrives visibly damaged or opened, ensure this is noted with the carrier before signing for delivery.

    Order Changes

    If you need to make changes to your order, please email us immediately and have your order number ready. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot make changes once production has started.

    If you’d like to add items, you’ll need to place a new order. We apologise for any inconvenience.
