Shipping and Delivery
Limited edition prints are individually printed to order and will be shipped within 7-10 days from receipt of your order.
Australian shipping is via Express Post or registered post if you fall outside boundaries of express post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once your print has been shipped. Delivery within Australia is approximately 14 days from placement of your order.
Overseas shipping is handled by a dedicated freight and logistics service. We use a dedicated freight service to guarantee delivery times, to ensure your goods arrive safely and can be tracked door to door. International delivery is approximately 21 days from placement of your order.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors out of our control.
What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you’ll be supplied a tracking number and details for tracking.

If you are in Australia and it’s been over 14 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 21 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by email us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

Every print is professionally packed for shipping. The attention to detail when packing is to withstand the rigors of being shipped anywhere in the work by land or air. Without hesitation your shipment is fully insured from our door to yours.
In the unlikely event that damage should occur in transit please email us immediately for a hassle-free replacement. Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email...
1. A photo of the damage to your artwork and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
2. Your order number with a brief description of the damage.
Our goal is to resolve any problem quickly and to your complete satisfaction. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra cost.
