    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

    • Domestic shipping is sent via Australia Post Express Post.
    • International shipping is handled by DHL.
    • All shipments are insured, registered, and tracked.

    Please note that when ordering goods for delivery outside Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country’s customs once the package arrives. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.


    How much is shipping for prints?

    • Australia: Free
    • New Zealand: $75.00
    • Rest of the World: $100.00

    I’ve ordered a print—when will my order be shipped?

    All photographic prints are custom-printed specifically for you. Prints are dispatched within five business days of receiving payment.


    How are the prints packaged?

    Unframed prints are carefully handled with white gloves and professionally packed in a reinforced cardboard tube to ensure they withstand the journey to any destination worldwide.


    Delivery Estimates

    • Within Australia: 2 – 5 business days
    • Australian rural areas: 6 – 12 business days
    • International shipping: 5 – 7 business days
    • International delivery to remote areas: 14 – 21 business days

    All shipments are insured and tracked door to door.

    Please note that these shipping times are estimates. Delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


    How can I track my item?

    Once your print has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.


    Can I ship to a PO Box or military address outside Australia?

    Unfortunately no. Our international courier requires a physical address. If you have a PO Box or military address, we can ship to a family member or friend’s address instead.


    Can I place a rush order?

    In some cases, we can accommodate rush orders. Please email us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

    What if I’m not home when my package arrives?

    If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our shipping company will leave a notice with instructions for an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.


    What if I haven’t received my order?

    • Australia: If it has been more than 14 business days since you placed your order.
    • International: If it has been more than 21 business days since you placed your order.

    In either case, please contact us via email with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it right away.


    Damaged Goods

    In the unlikely event that your print is damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free replacement.

    To process your claim, you must keep all original packaging and the print itself, as we will require photos of both. Our goal is to resolve any issue swiftly and to your complete satisfaction. Damaged goods will be replaced at no extra cost.
