    By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase, as completing a transaction indicates your acceptance.

    PRIVACY

    Any personal details you provide, including your name, address, phone number, and email, will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties.

    SECURITY

    What Simon Sells does not collect or store any credit card details provided during purchases on our website.

    PRICING

    All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Simon Davidson and What Simon Sells reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

    PAYMENTS

    What Simon Sells accepts the following payment methods:

    • Express checkout via PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay

    Credit card payments are securely processed through PayPal’s payment gateway. Your credit card details are protected during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our servers or in any database.

    During the checkout process, your payment details are transmitted in real time to the payment processor. At no point do we have access to or visibility of your credit card information.

    PRODUCTION TIMEFRAME

    All photographic prints are custom-made to order. Printing begins upon receipt of payment.

    Orders are dispatched within five (5) business days of payment confirmation.

    DUTIES & TAXES

    For international orders, additional fees or duties may be charged by customs or boarder authorities in your country. As the recipient, you are responsible for any such charges imposed by the destination country.

    CHANGES & RETURNS

    If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

    • Once production has started, we unfortunately cannot modify your order.
    • To add items, a new order must be placed. We apologise for any inconvenience.
    • We do not offer returns for change of mind.

    FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

    All images are printed using archival and museum quality papers. Every item is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before shipping.

    In the unlikely event that your print is damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free replacement.

    To process your claim, you must keep all original packaging and the print itself, as we will require photos of both. Our goal is to resolve any issue swiftly and to your complete satisfaction. Damaged goods will be replaced at no extra cost.

    Important: If your package arrives visibly damaged or opened, ensure this is noted with the carrier before signing for delivery.
